We understand that a move to a new residence is a big decision, so we have listed a few things that may help you decide.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are allowed but there is a monthly pet fee and some limitations, and ALL pets must be approved.

Included with your monthly rent payment is water, sewage, trash, lawncare, and all maintenance.

The apartments are electric only, so there is no gas bill.

High speed internet and cell coverage is available thru local providers.

The apartments are not income based, Section 8, or PMHA

All applicants will be required to pay a deposit and sign a 12 month lease. Rent will not increase for the duration of the lease.
